We want you to love your Olive Winter purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Returned with original packaging

• Free from marks, damage, or signs of wear

Please note that sale items, gift cards, and final clearance styles are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Keep your satin heels looking their best with a little extra care.

• Avoid contact with water, rain, oils, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, as satin is a delicate fabric.

• Gently remove dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after each wear.

• If marks occur, lightly dab with a clean, damp cloth—do not rub, as this may damage the fabric.

• Store your shoes in their dust bag or original box away from direct sunlight and moisture to help preserve their colour and shape.

• Use a shoe tree or tissue paper to help maintain the shoe's silhouette.

• Wear with care on rough or abrasive surfaces to protect the satin finish and crystal detailing.

Please note: Satin is a delicate material and should be treated with care. Natural wear over time is expected and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
