How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped from our warehouses, you will receive an email with your Parcel tracking number unless the shoes state in the ad that they are out of stock and usually a waiting period of 4 weeks should be expected.
How long will it take to receive my shoes?
Please allow 5-10 working days for standard delivery. All delivery are safely delivered to your door and a signature is required so you don't have to worry about any items being lost or stolen. As the delivery of your order is governed by the actions of a third party (Australia Post), there is no guarantee exactly when your order will arrive.
I have selected a shoe and colour, but I am worried to get the wrong size?
Please feel comfortable writing to us and we will help you find your size. There is also a message box that should pop up when you are looking at each item and there is usually a staff member there to answer your questions. Alternatively most shoes have a size guide available for you to find your correct size.
What if I order a pair of shoes and they don't fit?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily give you a refund, exchange or credit your purchase, including sale items. Please read the returns section for further information on Terms and Conditions.
The colour of the shoe on the website is slightly different to their actual colour!?
As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, here at Olive Winter we take photos of all our items and then they are put into a program before they are advertised online so the colour can be altered unintentionally. We try our best to describe the correct colour in the description section.
